Accessibility and Inclusion

Therapy should be accessible to everyone who needs it. This page explains how I work to make my practice inclusive, accessible, and welcoming to people from all backgrounds.

    Online Access

All sessions are held online via a secure video platform. This removes geographical barriers and makes therapy accessible to anyone with an internet connection and a private space. You do not need to travel to a clinic, which can be particularly helpful if you have mobility difficulties, live in a rural area, or have caring responsibilities that make travel difficult.

    Language

I offer therapy in five languages:

    • English
    • French
    • German
    • Persian (Farsi)
    • Spanish

Being able to work in your first language — or the language in which your experiences took place — can make therapy significantly more effective. If English is not your first language, we can discuss which language would work best for our sessions.

    Cultural Sensitivity

Having grown up in Germany and Spain, studied in Paris, and worked in Bangkok, I understand what it means to navigate different cultures. I have experience working with clients facing cross-cultural challenges, discrimination, cultural displacement, and the particular complexities of living between cultures.

I work to understand each client's individual context rather than making assumptions based on background, identity, or circumstance.

    Financial Accessibility

Low-cost therapy spaces may be available. If cost is a barrier, please get in touch to discuss options. I believe that financial circumstances should not prevent someone from accessing support. For full pricing information, see Fees.

    Inclusion

I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgemental space for people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. This includes people of all ethnicities, nationalities, genders, sexual orientations, abilities, and religious or spiritual backgrounds.

I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities. While I do not hold specialist accreditation in these areas, I work with an inclusive, person-centred approach and am committed to providing a safe space for all clients.

If you have specific accessibility needs for online sessions, please get in touch and we can discuss how to accommodate them.
