Free Introductory Call
Before booking an assessment, I offer a short, free introductory call. This gives you a chance to ask questions and get a sense of whether we might be a good fit — with no commitment.
Low-Cost Spaces
Low-cost therapy spaces may be available. If cost is a barrier to accessing therapy, please get in touch to discuss. I believe that financial circumstances should not prevent someone from getting the support they need.
Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or failure to attend may incur the full session fee. I understand that things come up, and I try to be flexible where I can — but the 48-hour notice helps me manage my diary and offer your slot to someone else if needed.

Can I claim therapy on insurance?
I do not currently work with health insurance providers. This may change in the future. If you have private health insurance that covers psychotherapy, check with your provider about their requirements.
