Get in Touch
Whether you have a question, want to learn more about how therapy works, or are ready to book your first session, I would love to hear from you. I aim to respond to all enquiries in a timely manner.
What Happens When You Get in Touch
When you send a message, I will get back to you to arrange a short, free introductory call. This is an informal conversation — usually around 15 minutes — where we can talk about what you are looking for and whether working together might be a good fit. The introductory call is always free and lasts approximately 15 minutes.
There is no obligation to book after the call. It is simply a chance to ask questions and see how you feel.
If you would like to go ahead, we will arrange your initial assessment session — a longer session (up to 90 minutes, £90) where we explore things in more depth.

Before You Get in Touch
You do not need to know exactly what you want to talk about. You do not need a diagnosis or a referral. If something does not feel right and you think therapy might help, that is reason enough to reach out.
If you are in crisis or immediate danger, please see Crisis and Emergency Guidance for urgent support services. This practice does not provide emergency or out-of-hours support.
I offer a short, free introductory call so we can talk before you decide. There is no obligation.
