1. Nature of Services

• We provide counselling, mentoring, coaching, educational and well-being support services.
• We do not provide emergency, medical, psychiatric or crisis response services.
• If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, please contact your local emergency services or crisis support line.

2. Eligibility

By booking a session or using our Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or
• A parent/guardian has provided consent for individuals under 18 (if applicable)
• You are voluntarily choosing to receive the Service

3. Appointments & Payments

• Sessions are confirmed only after payment/booking approval.
• Fees for sessions are displayed at the time of booking and may change without prior notice.
• Cancellations:
  • You may cancel up to at least 48 hours before the session for a full refund / reschedule.
  • Late cancellations or failure to attend may incur the full session fee.
• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue Services if deemed necessary (e.g., conflict of interest, unsuitable circumstances).

4. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential except where:

• The client poses a risk of harm to themselves or others
• Disclosure is legally required by court order or law enforcement
• There is suspicion of abuse or harm involving a minor or vulnerable individual

Where possible, we will notify the client before breaking confidentiality.

5. Client Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate information
• Attend sessions on time
• Engage respectfully and appropriately
• Not record or distribute session material without written consent

Clients are solely responsible for decisions made based on counselling, advice, or support provided.

6. No Guarantees of Outcome

Well-being and personal development vary by individual. We do not guarantee:

• Improvement of any specific condition
• Achievement of specific outcomes
• Time-frame for progress

Support is collaborative and results depend on many personal factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Losses related to business, income, relationship or emotional harm
• Decisions made or actions taken by clients after the session

Use of our Services is at your sole risk.

8. Website Use

• Content on this Site is for informational purposes only and must not be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care.
• Copying or distributing content requires written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

• Communication becomes abusive or unsafe
• The client consistently cancels/no-shows
• The Service requested is beyond our professional scope

Clients may terminate Services at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in UK courts.
